ISLAMABAD: The court on Wednesday issued non-bailable arrest warrants of Pakistan Tehreek -e -Insaf (PTI) leader and member of the National Assembly Zartaj Gul.
District and Sessions Court Islamabad Civil Judge Mubashir Hassan has issued arrest warrants for PTI leader Zartaj Gul after she repeatedly failed to appear before the court despite multiple summons.
It is pertinent to mention that a case registered in Islamabad police station against PTI leader Zartaj Gul.
The case pertains to charges filed against Zartaj Gul and other PTI leaders in which the party’s founder Imran Khan and senior leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi have already been acquitted in the same case relating to the party’s 2022 long march towards Islamabad.

Earleir, Islamabad High Couert (IH) had ordered removal of former federal minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf(PTI) leader Zartaj Gul’s name from the passport control list(PCL).
A hearing was held in the Islamabad High Court on the petition to remove the name of Member National Assembly Zartaraj Gul from PCL.
Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri heard the case, leader PTI’s lawyer Advocate Tariq Usman appeared in the court.
