PESHAWAR: Assistant Commissioner (AC) of Boshehra, situated in Upper Kurram, was injured as a result of firing by unidentified attackers.
According to police, Assistant Commissioner Boshehra Saeed Manan was injured by unknown persons in Upper Kurram.
Police said that Assistant Commissioner Boshehra Saeed Manan was present in area long with the police. After the incident, he was shifted to the hospital for immediate medical help while a heavy police force has started a search operation in the area to search for the suspects.

Earleir, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Javedullah Mehsood was injured in the firing on a convoy of government vehicles in Bagan Bazaar of Kurram district on Saturday.
The incident happened when the first convoy left after many days to restore the movement of people between Kurram.
When the convoy left and reached Irfan Kali in Alizai tehsil, the convoy was fired upon, in which DC Kurram Javedullah and a security official were reported to have been injured.
The DC has been shifted to the Alizai government hospital in an injured condition.
Due to the incident of firing on the Deputy Commissioner in Lower Kurram the departure of the first convoy to Kurram was stopped.
