Sources report that law enforcement responded to a call about a domestic violence incident at Vito’s Los Angeles home. Police arrived at the scene after an altercation reportedly escalated between Vito and his girlfriend.

Sources close to the situation revealed that the incident began with a verbal argument between Vito and his girlfriend. However, the situation escalated when Vito allegedly pushed her into some furniture.

Officers received reports that Vito allegedly threw his young son onto a couch, knocking him down. Law enforcement officials quickly arrived to assess the situation and check on both parties involved.

Officers reportedly found the couple’s young son unharmed, but they observed visible marks on the girlfriend’s body. These injuries prompted them to file a felony charge.
