The Juvenile Card is a special identity card issued by the National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) for children under 18. Unlike the Child Registration Certificate (CRC) on A-4 paper, the Juvenile Card is a chip-based document that provides multiple facilities and serves as an official identity card for minors.
To apply for a Juvenile Card, a parent or a blood relative with a valid National Identity Card (NIC) must be physically present at any NADRA Registration Center (NRC) to provide the child’s biometrics. Unfortunately, there is no online facility available for this process.
Delivery Time for Juvenile Card
There are three options for the delivery of the Juvenile Card:
- Normal: 31 days
- Urgent: 23 days
- Fast Track: 9 days (with priority processing at NRCs)
Fees for Juvenile Card
The fees for the Juvenile Card vary depending on the processing time:
- Normal: Rs750
- Urgent: Rs1,500
- Fast Track: Rs2,500
By obtaining a Juvenile Card, children gain access to various services and entitlements, making it an important document for minors in Pakistan.
