Poland’s national public prosecutor’s office confirmed on Wednesday that it had received a European Arrest Warrant from German authorities related to the attack on the Nord Stream pipelines.
Germany has requested that Poland arrest a Ukrainian diving instructor who, according to German media reports published on Wednesday, was allegedly part of the team that blew up the Nord Stream gas pipelines two years ago.
The Polish prosecution said that he was not arrested in Poland because he left the country for Ukraine in early July.
