In Karachi, gold prices experienced a decrease on Tuesday. The price for 24-karat gold fell to Rs252,300 per tola, marking a reduction of Rs400.
According to the Karachi Sarafa Association, the rate for 24-karat gold per 10 grams dropped to Rs216,306, a decrease of Rs344. Additionally, the price for 22-karat gold also declined, now standing at Rs198,281 per 10 grams.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained unchanged. The rate for 24-karat silver was steady at Rs2,860 per tola and Rs2,452 per 10 grams.
On the global market, spot gold was trading at approximately $2,389 per ounce, showing an increase of $8.10, or 0.34 percent, from the previous session.
