According to the source, two people jumped to their deaths from the top floors of a burning eight-story former Russian electronics research institute on Monday, and at least six others perished in the fire.
Black smoke billowed from the building outside Moscow, and flames roared up its walls. Some individuals were trapped on the top floors but could not escape.
The Baza Telegram channel showed footage of one man jumping from the upper floor of the building. The Shot Telegram channel published footage showing another individual, suffering from serious burns, falling from the upper floors.
The cause of the fire was not immediately clear.
