The weather is expected to clear up between 11am to 12pm, but clouds might reappear with light rain later.

However, this will be the final spell of rain in New York as no further precipitation is forecasted for the rest of the day.

This wouldn’t be the first time that rain could disrupt a match between these arch-rivals, as their face-off during last year’s Asia Cup 2023 was also affected by it.

The match between these two nations is one of the most globally viewed events, and Babar Azam’s team will be aiming for a much-needed victory after their surprising defeat to the United States in their first match of the grand tournament.
