Quinn Gallagher, 46, co-founded the renowned Hooch Craft Cocktail Bar on E Hopkins Avenue in Aspen in 2016. Known for its loyal local clientele, Hooch has become a beloved weekend destination.

In September 2023, Gallagher drew media attention when he was spotted with Republican Representative Lauren Boebert at The Buell Theatre during a “Beetlejuice” performance.

Boebert’s disruptive behavior, including singing along, taking pictures, and vaping, led to their removal from the venue. Despite the incident, Boebert described the date as a personal moment of enjoyment.

However, the relationship was short-lived. Boebert ended it, citing Gallagher’s Democratic political affiliation, which she was unaware of prior to their date. This revelation came after Boebert’s public regret over how the night unfolded.

Gallagher, originally from Rifle, Colorado, has a background in the hospitality industry, starting as a bartender before managing and eventually co-owning Hooch.
