Pakistan had a promising start in defending a target of 183 runs, with Naseem Shah and Shaheen Afridi taking two early wickets. Despite this, they were unable to contain Andrew Balbirnie and Harry Tector in the series opener.
Pakistan redeemed themselves in the second T20I, achieving the 194-run goal in under 17 overs.
In the series finale, Pakistan emerged victorious over Ireland, posting a score of 181 for 4, with Babar scoring 75 and Rizwan 56, while Mark Adair took 3 wickets for 28 runs. Ireland finished at 178 for 7.
Meanwhile, Pakistan’s four-match series against England was affected by the weather, with two games being abandoned due to rain.
England secured a win over Pakistan by 23 runs in the second match on Saturday, May 25. They continued their winning streak in the final match on Thursday, taking the game by 7 wickets.
