During the third T20I in Dublin, Pakistan’s skipper Babar Azam scored a remarkable 25 runs in a single over against Ireland’s Ben White.
The 29-year-old played a pivotal role in the run chase, scoring an impressive 75 off 42 balls, which included five sixes and six fours. His performance was key to Pakistan’s successful chase, which they completed in 17 overs.
Babar’s 25-run over, which consisted of four sixes and a four, marked him as the first Pakistani batter to achieve this feat.
Before this, there were four instances where a Pakistani batter scored 24 runs in a single over.
