- Ishaq Dar met with Saudi FM during OIC eeting.

While stressing on the importance of long-standing strategic and economic relationship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud reiterated their commitment to bolster economic collaboration and increase Saudi investments in Pakistan.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of the 15th OIC Islamic Summit Conference, in Banjul, The Gambia, on Saturday.
Mr Dar also held meeting with Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Qatar Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, Foreign Minister of Kuwait Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, Foreign Minister of Egypt Sameh Hassan Shoukry, and Nigerien counterpart Bakary Yaou Sangare.
Recent developments in the Middle East and call for ceasefire was the hot topic during the meeting.
In the meeting with the Saudi foreign minister, Mr Dar expressed that Prince Faisal’s latest trip to Pakistan signified a renewed drive-in economic cooperation.
