The Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) has released the date sheet for the first annual examination of 2024 for intermediate part 2.
The Lahore board is in charge of administering the examinations in the districts of Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, and Nankana Sahib.
The Class 12 exams are scheduled to commence on April 19 and conclude on May 6, 2024. The board has announced that examinations for subjects such as compulsory English, compulsory Urdu, compulsory Islamic Education, compulsory Pakistan Studies, Tarjumatul Quran, Punjabi, elective Islamic Studies, mathematics, physics, biology, chemistry, and computer science will be conducted in two sessions – morning and evening.
The session in which a candidate is scheduled to appear for the examination will be indicated on their Roll Number Slip.
BISE Lahore has clarified that any general or local holiday occurring during the examination period will not alter the date sheet.
The board has also strictly prohibited the use of phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices within the examination centre.
