Saudi Arabia has declared a holiday for both public and private sector employees to celebrate Eidul Fitr. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced a four-day holiday starting from Monday, April 8th, until Thursday, April 11th.
Since Friday and Saturday are already weekends in Saudi Arabia, employees will get a total of six days off to enjoy the festive occasion. After Eid, employees will resume work from Sunday, April 14th. In Pakistan, Eidul Fitr is expected to be on either April 10th or 11th.
Three official holidays have been announced there, starting from Wednesday, April 10th, until Friday, April 12th. This, combined with the weekend, gives Pakistanis a five-day break to celebrate Eid and spend time with family.
