Pakistan Navy continues rescue and relief operations in rain-affected areas of Karachi on the fifth straight day after rain wreak havoc in the city.
According to the Spokesperson of the Pak Navy, Navy Emergency Response Teams carried out search operations on Korangi Causeway. Rescue teams evacuated the beleaguered people in different parts of Karachi. Thousands of people in Yousuf Goth, Surjani Town, Nazimabad, and other affected areas were provided with cooked food and clean drinking water.
Navy medical teams also provided medical assistance to hundreds of rain victims in different areas. During the relief operation in the affected areas, aerial surveillance of various areas was carried out to improve the measures.

Furthermore, teams and necessary equipment were dispatched to fill the gap of Nullahin Mirpur Bathoro. In addition to this, ration bags were also distributed among hundreds of rain victims in Sujawal.
