The District and Sessions Court has ordered Shaukat Yousafzai to 150 million damages in favor of Asfandyar Wali.
Additional Sessions Judge Ejaz ur Rehman while issuing the decision said that Shaukat Yousafzai did not appear in the court despite the summons. Unilateral action was taken due to non-appearance of Shaukat Yousafzai.
It should be remembered that Shaukat Yousafzai had accused Asfandyar Wali of trading Pakhtuns for two and a half million dollars, on which Asfandyar Wali had filed a case for damages against Shaukat Yousafzai in 2019.
