More rain, thunderstorms, and snowfall are expected in popular tourist spots like Murree and Nathia Gali in Pakistan on Sunday evening and night, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).
The weather pattern, known as a westerly wave, is affecting the northern regions of Pakistan.
This weather system will likely bring more rain, thunderstorms, and snowfall to Murree, Nathia Gali, and other tourist destinations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan on Sunday evening and night.
On Monday and Tuesday, it’s expected to be very cold with some isolated rains and snowfall in Murree and other tourist spots across the country.
Temperatures in Murree are expected to range between -03 to -01 degrees Celsius on Monday and -04 to -02 degrees Celsius on Tuesday.
In the past 24 hours, there have been widespread rains and heavy snowfall in various tourist destinations across the country.

Kalam remained the coldest place where the temperature dropped 08 C below freezing.
In Murree, minimum temperature was recorded at 02 C below freezing. Relative humidity during the morning was recorded at 75 percent.
