Steps to Apply for a New Passport
- Log in to the (Absher) Portal.
- Choose “Citizens” from the homepage.
- Select passport services from the list of e-services.
- Choose the desired service.
- Submit the request.
- Receive a transaction number for tracking.
This service is accessible in both Arabic and English, with options to apply through mobile apps, the portal, or service centers.
The fee for a new passport, as of February 2024, is 300 Saudi Riyals, according to the official website.
