Previously priced at Rs 265 per dozen, eggs now cost Rs 237 per dozen, offering relief to households.

Meanwhile, the price of broiler chicken meat remains steady at Rs 612, while the retail price of live broiler chicken stands at Rs 422 per kilogram.

This reduction in egg prices may alleviate some financial burden on consumers and contribute to more affordable protein options on the market.
