The weather forecast for Islamabad and parts of Pakistan predicts more rain over the next two days.
A westerly wave is affecting the western and upper regions of the country and is expected to persist in the coming days. This will result in mainly cold and partly cloudy weather in most areas, especially in the upper parts from Monday evening to Wednesday.
Rain, along with snowfall in mountainous areas, is expected in Islamabad, Pothohar region, Gilgit-Baltistan, upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, and Kashmir.
The snowfall may disrupt transportation on January 30-31, so tourists are advised to be cautious. Shallow to moderate fog is expected in some plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh.
In Islamabad, the minimum temperature is expected to be between 07-09 degrees Celsius on Tuesday and 08-10 degrees Celsius on Wednesday.
