By reaching an incredible milestone, Pakistani all-rounder Shoaib Malik has now joined an exclusive group of T20 players.
Malik has surpassed former West Indies captain Chris Gayle, who owns the record for most runs (14,562), to become the second player in T20 cricket history to reach 13,000 runs overall. Malik is noteworthy for being the first Asian player to do this.
As a vital member of Fortune Barisal in the 2024 Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Malik is now displaying his abilities. With an undefeated 17 runs in his 487th inning, he reached the milestone.
