Ace actresses from the showbiz industry were spotted flaunting gorgeous statement sarees down the red carpet at the Pakistan International Screen Awards (PISA) 2021 on Friday night.

From Hania Aamir to Sana Javed and Iqra Aziz, all the actresses showed fans how to drape the perfect saree and left them awestruck.

The stars turned into ethnic queens while slaying in silk sarees and plain cut sleeves blouses.

Marvel’s latest release Eternals has been barred from displaying in Saudi Arabia and other countries including Qatar and Kuwait for its promotion of same-sex relationships.

According to media reports, one of the members of the titular beings who is a weapon inventor and technology expert in the film turned out to be a gay man.

He was also seen sharing a kiss with his husband Ben (portrayed by Haaz Sleiman). However, the first-ever gay relationship in the Marvel Cinematic Universe movie is the reason behind its ban.

The film was expected to release across the Gulf on November 11. The film is still presumed to hit the theatres in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), reports added.

The film features a huge group of A-list actors. Richard Madden, Kumail Nanjiani, Salma Hayek, Angelina Jolie, Gemma Chan, Lia McHugh, Lauren Ridloff, Barry Keoghan, Don Lee, Gil Birmingham, Harish Patel, and Kit Harington also star.

On the other hand, Eternals turned out to be a hit at the Indian box office as to bagged INR 7.35 crore.

Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share Eternals opening day numbers, saying, “Eternals embarks on a FLYING START despite facing two tough opponents #Sooryavanshi and #Annaatthe.”

“The #Marvel movie packs a SOLID TOTAL on Day 1, Friday, Rs 7.35 cr Nett BOC [1400 screens]. #India biz. ALL versions. Gross BOC: Rs 8.75 cr,” he added.

Moreover, the film gathered an impressive $9.5 million in the United States, reported Variety.
