Light Rainfall turns Karachi weather Pleasant

Drizzling and light rainfall in different parts of Karachi on Monday morning turned weather pleasant.

Light rainfall and drizzle was reported in areas of Gulistan e Johar, North Karachi, Shahra e Faisal, North Nazimabad, Baloch Colony and other areas.

Pakistan Meteorological Department predicted that there are chances of drizzle, light rain with overcast skies during the day.

The temperature in the morning was recovered at 30 degrees Celsius with humidity level in the air 69 percent.

The weather department said the maximum temperature is expected to rise to 37 degrees Celsius during the day.

On the other hand, On Monday, hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country while Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Upper / Central Punjab, Northeast Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and Islamabad are likely to receive showers with wind and thundershowers.

The last 24 hours have been hot and humid in most parts of the country. However, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir received rainfall.

Rain (mm): Punjab: Islamabad (Saidpur 16), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Dir (Upper 10, Lower 01), Balakot 04, Pattan 02, Kalam, Malam Jabba 01, Kashmir: Garhi Dupatta 08, Muzaffarabad Airport 02 and 01 mm rain was recorded in the city.

Maximum temperature recorded today: Dadu 48, Sibi 47, Jacobabad 46 and Rohri 45 degrees Celsius.
