  • Red Bull Racing have suspended Formula Two driver Juri Vips forthcoming an examination after the Estonian expressed a racial slur during a live stream, the group declared on Tuesday.
  • Vips  later apologized and said he would completely help out the examination.
  • “I wish to wholeheartedly apologize for the hostile language utilized during a live gaming stream recently,” he composed.

Vips, 21, articulated the racial slur on streaming stage Twitch and was suspended after the video showed up via web-based entertainment.

“Red Bull Racing has suspended junior driver Juri Vips from all group obligations with prompt impact, forthcoming a full examination concerning the occurrence,” it said.

“As an association we denounce maltreatment of any sort and have a zero-resistance strategy to bigoted language or conduct inside our association.”

Vips, who drives for the British-based Hitech Grand Prix group in Formula Two, is seventh in the standings.

Last month he drove Red Bull’s Formula One vehicle during Friday’s training in front of the Spanish Grand Prix.
