New Zealand’s player Kyle Jamieson has fined 15 percent by International Cricket Council (ICC) for breaching the law.

As per reports, he showed dissent at an umpire’s decision during the second one-day international against Bangladesh in Christchurch.

Kiwi bowler had responded angrily after TV umpire ruled his catch off Tamim Iqbal as “not taken cleanly.”

ICC said in a statement that,

“Jamieson admitted the offense and accepted the sanction”

If a player reaches more than four demerit points within a period of 2 years, they are converted into suspension points which could result in a ban.
