Akhtar, who had played in India’s IPL and had connections with Salman Khan, confidently stated that he knew Katrina personally and considered her a friend.

Wahab shared that fellow cricketer Mohammad Hafeez was taken aback and found it hard to believe Akhtar’s claim, adding to the humor of the situation.
