FIA apprehends human smuggler from Karachi

KARACHI: Following the arrest of a passenger at Karachi airport, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested a human smuggler, Babar Ali, in a raid at Cantt station on Sunday.

Babar Ali was implicated in supplying a fake work visa for Andorra to Gulfam Ahmed, who had been detained at Karachi International Airport the previous day.

The FIA spokesperson disclosed that Babar Ali had demanded Rs 2.4 million from Gulfam Ahmed for the forged visa, ultimately receiving Rs 1.2 million.

The authorities are continuing their efforts to apprehend other individuals involved in this human smuggling operation.
