Pakistan has strongly condemned terrorist attacks in Niger, in which so many precious lives were lost & a number of innocent people were injured.

According to the press release issued by Pakistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs,  Pakistan reiterates its condemnation of terrorism in all forms & manifestations & remains in strong solidarity with Govt. & people of Niger.

 

Note that, More than 100 people have been killed and 17 injured in two attacks by gunmen in the West African country of Niger.

A total of 109 people have been killed and 17 injured in an attack by gunmen on two villages in the West African country of Niger, according to the International News Agency.

The first attack took place in the village of Kombango in Niger, killing 69 people, while the second attack took place in Yaro in the region of Maradi, killing 40 people and injuring a total of 17 people in both incidents.

Niger security officials have blamed ISIS for the attack, but there has been no response from ISIS. ISIS has carried out violent acts in the region before too.

Last year, a tourist car belonging to a French tourist was attacked in Niger, killing six tourists, a local guide and the driver.
