Australian batsman Tim David sent a staggering 129-meter six deep into the stands off the bowling of India’s Axar Patel during the third T20 International. The sheer power of the shot has captivated fans, with the video clip rapidly gaining traction online.

The massive hit came during the 7th over of the Australian innings. The ball soared high and landed squarely on the stadium roof, an unforgettable moment for everyone watching.

David’s incredible striking ability was on full display throughout his innings, as he hammered 74 runs from just 38 deliveries, including 8 fours and 5 enormous sixes.

It’s worth noting that the match, played on November 2, concluded with India clinching a 5-wicket victory.

David’s 129-meter blast enters the record books among the sport’s longest hits. The longest recorded six belongs to Shahid Afridi, who struck a 153-meter maximum in 2013. The second-longest is held by Brett Lee, with a 130-meter hit in 2005.

Tim David’s tremendous 129-meter shot now stands as the third-longest recorded six in cricket history.
