Justice Aminuddin Khan issues initial orders after taking charge

ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court, Justice Aminuddin Khan, has issued his first official directives since assuming office.

According to the notification, former District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Hafeez has been appointed as the Registrar of the Federal Constitutional Court.

In addition, Mazhar Bhatti has been appointed as Secretary to the Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court.

Following the Chief Justice’s approval, the notification for the appointment of the Registrar has been issued, confirming that Muhammad Hafeezullah will serve as the first Registrar of the newly established Federal Constitutional Court.
