The prestigious American fashion magazine People has named 37-year-old British actor Jonathan Bailey as the World’s Sexiest Man for 2025.

The announcement was made during an appearance on the popular U.S. talk show The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night.

Jonathan Bailey shot to fame for his portrayal of Lord Anthony Bridgerton in the globally successful Netflix series Bridgerton, a role that catapulted him into stardom.

After this success, Bailey ventured into Hollywood, landing key roles in major films such as Jurassic World Rebirth, Wicked, and its forthcoming sequel Wicked: For Good.

It is noteworthy that last year, the title was awarded to American actor John Krasinski.
