RAWALPINDI: On the night between September 14 and 15, security forces conducted a successful intelligence-based operation in Khuzdar, Balochistan, following credible information about the presence of Indian proxy “Fitna-e-Hindustan” terrorists in the area. During the operation, terrorist hideouts were targeted, resulting in the killing of 5 Indian-sponsored terrorists after heavy exchange of fire.

Weapons, ammunition, and explosive materials were also recovered from the terrorists’ possession. The slain terrorists were involved in multiple terror-related activities in the region. Security forces have also launched a sanitization operation to clear the area of any remaining terrorists, told ISPR

According to ISPR, security forces remain committed to completely eliminating Indian-sponsored terrorism from the country and will continue operations until terrorists are brought to justice.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi praised the security forces for their professional capabilities and extended commendations on the successful operation and the elimination of the terrorists in Khuzdar.
