Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with Ikramullah Kakar, a student from Balochistan who recently secured third position in the matriculation exams under Rawalpindi Board.

Ikramullah had first met the Prime Minister in 2022 during his visit to Qila Saifullah, where the PM encountered the student in a relief camp.

At the time, Ikramullah’s family had been severely affected by floods, and the Prime Minister had announced that the government would bear all of his educational expenses.

During the recent meeting, Ikramullah expressed his desire to pursue higher education. The Prime Minister expressed joy at seeing Ikramullah progressing towards his goals with dedication and hard work.

“You kept your promise and continued to work hard,” the Prime Minister remarked. Ikramullah responded with gratitude, saying, “This success was only possible because of your support. If you hadn’t stepped in, I wouldn’t have come this far.”
