KARACHI: BOL News has earned a significant accolade as the federal government has nominated senior anchorperson Adil Abbasi for the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz and senior journalist Ehtesham ul Haq for the Hilal-e-Imtiaz.

According to the announcement, Adil Abbasi has been recognised for his outstanding services in the field of journalism, while Ehtesham ul Haq has been honoured for his responsible and impactful reporting.

Both awards reflect the federal government’s acknowledgement of their exceptional contributions to the media industry.

The federal government has also announced civil awards for 263 people who served exemplary services in various sectors.

Civil Awards will be given to prominent figures who served ideal services for the country and the nation on March 23, 2026, on the occasion of Pakistan Day.
