PESHAWAR – The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has officially implemented the e-stamping system across the province, replacing traditional stamp papers.

According to a notification issued under the Registration Act, 1908, the use of manual stamp papers has been banned.

From September 1, 2025, only e-stamping will be accepted, and physical stamp papers will no longer be valid. The move is aimed at ensuring transparency, preventing fraud, and modernizing revenue collection.

According to the notification, the use of manual stamp papers in the registration offices has been abolished, a decision has been made to ensure transparency and sharp service delivery.

According to the notification, all the registrars have been instructed to strictly implement the orders.
