Karachi continues to reel under hot and humid conditions today, with temperatures rising and humidity levels making the weather feel even more intense.

According to the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature in the city was recorded at 29°C this morning, while humidity stood at 76 percent. It may expected to jump between 35°C and 36°C during the day.

The Met Office has indicated a chance of light drizzle in Karachi during the morning and evening hours. However, there is no forecast of heavy rainfall, and the sky is likely to remain partly cloudy.

Meanwhile, monsoon currents are expected to reach Sindh after July 5, potentially bringing more significant weather changes.

On the other side, hot and humid conditions will persist in most areas.

Islamabad, northeastern Punjab, the Potohar region, and upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa could see rain accompanied by strong winds and thundershowers. The department has also warned of heavy rainfall at isolated spots.
