Gold price surge by Rs 3500 per tola in Pakistan

KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan have once again witnessed a significant surge, continuing a trend of volatility in the local market.

According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold increased by Rs. 3,500 per tola, bringing the new rate to Rs. 351,000 per tola.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs. 3,000, now standing at Rs. 300,925.

In the international market, gold prices also surged by $35, reaching $3,326 per ounce.

It is worth noting that just a day earlier, gold had dropped by Rs. 1,900 per tola, settling at Rs. 347,500  highlighting the market’s ongoing fluctuation.

Earleir, May 22, 2025, the gold price in Pakistan is Rs. 347,800 of 24K per tola.

According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola in the country today is Rs. 347,800 after a decrease of Rs 10,400.

According to the association, the price of 10 grams of gold has also decreased by Rs 8,917 to Rs Rs. 298,182.
