Bushra Iqbal revealed the most recent information regarding the prosecution of Dania Shah. The court has ruled that Dania Shah’s (Malik) bail has been suspended. On her social media, Shel announced the news. “Karachi/District and Sessions Court East has delivered the ruling on the bail application of Dania,” she stated. “Dania was arrested on the accusation of manufacturing, disseminating, and distributing the obscene video of late Aamir Liaquat Hussain. Bail was denied for the defendant. The accused’s request for bail was likewise denied by the judicial magistrate. Syeda Bushra posted the following images:

Dr. Syeda Bushra already spoke in-depth about the court proceedings. Bushra said that Dania’s lawyer’s stories were based on lies. We would urge the court to obtain Yasir Shami’s statement regarding the content he displayed that was provided by Dania. We have sufficient evidence against Dania, and we are hoping for the best. We are not against a specific person; rather, we are against a crime; it was a crime, and crimes need to be punished in order to protect society. Since his children are the only legitimate heirs, there are no property disputes following Aamir Liaquat Hussain’s passing; yet, his home is still sealed. Additionally, Aamir Liaquat Hussain stipulated in his will that there would be no postmortem in the event of his death.
