USA can Impose Visa Sanctions on Countries Which Not Accept or Delay Deportees

Donald Trump said on Friday; the US government can impose visa sanctions on countries that refuse or delay accepting people returned from the United States.
In a legal document to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Trump told the ongoing pandemic situation regarding corona and the need to ensure “ “the repatriation of foreign nationals who violate the laws of the United States.”

Pompeo must present an initiate a plan to impose visa sanctions within seven days.
Homeland Security Department will determine the situation and find out the country which will not accept returnees or delaying impeding operations necessary to respond to the ongoing pandemic situation.

According to those rules, United States officials can quickly remove people who are having standard immigration proceedings.
