Ruth E. Carter has discussed the technique she used to create the new Black Panther super suit and other costumes for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Carter admitted that developing a garment that could be used underwater was her hardest hurdle. The significance of raising Queen Ramonda’s position as well as the meaning of the gold and silver in Princess Shuri’s outfit was also discussed.

According to Deadline, Carter has acknowledged that making a new suit for Black Panther with underwater capabilities was her hardest problem.
