Timothée Chalamet is reportedly distancing himself from rumored girlfriend Kylie Jenner as he focuses on his career.

A source told Life & Style that people close to the Wonka actor have urged him to prioritize his role in the upcoming Bob Dylan biopic, A Complete Unknown.

“Timmy’s team wants the attention to be on him and the transformation he underwent for the role, not Kylie,” the source explained. The insider added, “Timmy sees himself as a serious Oscar contender this year,” emphasizing his dedication to his career.

In another report by In Touch Weekly, it was revealed that Chalamet might not bring Jenner to the premiere of his biopic. However, the source noted that the Kardashians star has been “very understanding of the situation.” They added, “That’s not to say she won’t be able to attend the afterparties with him.”

Despite this focus on his work, insiders have suggested that Chalamet and Jenner are enjoying their time together. One source mentioned, “People in Timmy’s world know that he’s having a great time with Kylie but depending on who you talk to he’s either the most committed guy or totally on the prowl.” Another source added, “They’ve been able to figure out a good balance between working and spending quality time together.”
