The image, purportedly leaked from the hospital, shows Padukone cradling her baby girl with a joyful smile. However, it has now been confirmed that the circulating picture is not genuine.

Deepika and Ranveer have kept their newborn daughter’s arrival private, only sharing a graphic announcement. On September 8, 2024, the couple posted a collaborative note on social media featuring a golden bow and the text: “Welcome baby girl. 8.9.2024. Deepika and Ranveer.” This was their sole public acknowledgment of their daughter’s birth.

Interestingly, Ranveer Singh had previously expressed a desire for a daughter. In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, he shared his thoughts on parenthood, stating, “I would much rather have a daughter. I think they’re so much nicer, kinder, more intelligent, more involved. I much prefer the feminine energy.” His wish has now come true with the arrival of their baby girl.
