Pakistani singer Aima Baig recently alerted her fans about a fake Snapchat account pretending to be hers. She took to her official Instagram to share a screenshot of the fraudulent account, expressing her surprise that people could mistake it for her real one.
In her Instagram story, Baig said, “I find Snapchat to be an inappropriate app,” and confirmed that she doesn’t have an account on the platform. She also reassured her followers that she has no plans to create one in the future. Baig expressed her disbelief that people would trust unverified accounts enough to make purchases through them. She urged her fans to pay attention to her Instagram stories and avoid being deceived by the fake Snapchat account. “People trust unverified accounts and make purchases through them,” she remarked.
