The young influencer who claimed that a can of alcohol has “only 63 calories a can” and “actually get you drunk” in a TikTok post has been banned.

Rosie Breen’s advertisement for Whisp hard seltzer alcoholic beverages in February was titled “3 reasons I drink Whisp Alcohol” and showed her dancing while holding a can in each hand while pointing to add captions that read, “I’m [sic] on my weight loss journey & they’re only 63 calories a can,” and “They actually get you drunk.”

A viewer claimed that the advertisement was inappropriate since it promoted excessive drinking and that the calorie claim for alcoholic beverages was illegal.

She publicly apologized and claimed the message was a reflection of her view of the beverage. She stated she was pleased to have it taken down and would make sure that any future content adhered to the rules.
