Princess Diana biographer has claimed that Camilla would have “despised” the idea of being named Queen consort.

Tina Brown told the Telegraph Magazine, “Diana would have despised the concept of Queen Camilla, there’s no doubt about it, but we’re 25 years on.”

“The Queen has always been pragmatic, and she knows Charles wants Camilla to be queen,” she continued. So what the Queen wants to do now is straighten up and do everything she can to assist Charles in assuming the job.”
