Kelsea Ballerini while hosting CMT Awards at home proved that, “When you can’t make it to the carpet, so they bring the carpet to you and it just happens to be in your driveway.”

Kelsea was going to cohost the 2022 CMT Awards Anthony Mackie but then, few days before the event, she tested positive for COVID-19.

Kelsea took her Instagram handle to share the news with her fans. Whereas, instead of fully dropping out from cohosting the show, she told that since she was feeling better, she will host the event live from her home.

She shared video clip where she said, “A few days ago, I tested positive for COVID and the CMT Awards are tonight, so unfortunately I cannot be there in person anymore and I am devastated. I am gutted.”

Kelsea was continuously Live, during Hosting CMT Awards show. She was giving updates to her fans through different handlings.
