In order to provide more details about Call of Duty: Warzone 2, the renowned gaming powerhouse Activison will organize a launch event. Activision’s “Warzone 2.0” battle royale shooter sequel’s release date was previously reported to be later in 2022. And even though the end of the year is quickly coming, we are still in the dark about Warzone’s future. Activision has already stated that additional details will be revealed in a new event slated for next month.

Activision mentioned “Call of Duty: Next” on the Call of Duty website, an event that will take place on September 15th. In a nutshell, Call of Duty: Next will provide information regarding “the impending future of Call of Duty,” such as Modern Warfare 2, Warzone 2, and the mobile version of Call of Duty: Warzone.

Rather than releasing these details gradually, Activision and developer Infinity Ward have decided to present a number of upcoming projects during a single mega-event.

There is a good probability we will get the Warzone II release date at the event in addition to seeing fresh video from Modern Warfare II and that game. Activision is likely getting close to the point where it will reveal more about their launch strategies given that Warzone 2 will be published before the end of the year.

Furthermore, it is important to note that Call of Duty: Warzone II will be accessible on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One whenever it is released.
