FIA immigration officials offload four passengers at Karachi airport
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) immigration officials at Karachi Airport conducted multiple operations and stopped four passengers from traveling abroad with fake documents.
One of the passengers, Atif Asif Khan, was caught trying to travel to South Africa with a counterfeit visa. Upon verification, immigration officials confirmed that his visa was fake.
Similarly, two passengers, Mohammad Asif and Jameel Masih, were prevented from boarding their flight to Sudan after authorities found their visas and travel approvals to be suspicious.
Another passenger, Mayoun, who was trying to travel to Myanmar with a tampered passport, was also offloaded. Immigration officials detected alterations in his passport, leading to immediate action.
All four individuals were handed over to the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle in Karachi for further investigation and legal proceedings.
