Bale varied his eating habits from 16 eggs to 16 bowls of cereal to 16 eggs and three bowls of rice.

Director David O. Russell and Christian Bale endured five years of indigestion over diner meals while working on the film Amsterdam.

n an exclusive interview with the publication, Bale while talking about the incubation process said: “… it was just so much bloody fun sitting with David throughout this, but he’s the ideas man. He’s just nudging me in the direction and asking me to flesh him out on this or that…”

“Of all the things we’ve done together, this is the most we’ve gone into how do you deal with life and how do you face your own issues. There were these men in the diner, veterans because this was not far from the VA. They have trauma, but the five of them were there every day, just eating breakfast,” told Russell.

Bale went through several bodily modifications while conceptualising for this film. He ordered in accordance with what was expected of him.

“I varied from having a lot of coffee to having like 16 eggs and three bowls of rice. We did take pictures of me and Dave during the course of breakfast together and I got to tell you, whoa baby,” added Bale.

Johnny Depp donned a blindfold and red lip tint for his first film role since prevailing in his highly publicised defamation suit against his ex-wife Amber Heard.

The Pirates of the Caribbean actor appears unrecognisable as he dons a blonde wig, red lip tint, and 18th-century clothing to portray King Louis XV in his first French film.

The 59-year-old actor will portray King Louis XV in French director Mawenn Le Besco’s historical love story Jeanne du Barry, in which she will co-star alongside Depp.

Following the verdict being delivered on June 1, Depp took to Instagram to share a statement in which he thanked his fans for their support and credited the jury for “giving me my life back”.

A number of celebrities, including Paris Hilton and Jennifer Aniston, quickly liked Depp’s celebratory post – with publisher Buzzfeed compiling a record of all the famous names amongst the now-almost 20million ‘likes’ on June 2.

One of Pakistan’s top filmmakers is Nabeel Qureshi. People are drawn to his films because they are always of the highest calibre and contain subliminal messages that are disguised as humour and fun. His most recent film, Quaid e Azam Zindabad, starring Mahira Khan and Fahad Mustafa, is doing well at the box office.
