LAHORE: Former prime minister and Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf(PTI) Imran Khan revealed that the government attempted to kill him like Murtaza Bhutto during the hearing in Islamabad but luckily their plan could not succeed.

Addressing through a video link, Imran Khan said another plan has been made to kill PTI workers and him similar to the Model Town incident and the assassination of Murtaza Bhutto after killing police personnel themselves. He feared that the police can launch an operation anytime today or tomorrow at his residence in Zaman Park.

He said an unprecedented crackdown against PTI workers and leadership is underway across the country intending to oust him from politics forever. He said such a crackdown has never been seen in the past.

He said the PDM government has lodged 143 cases against him including terrorism, blasphemy, and others.

PTI Chairman said PTI will hold a power show on March 25 at Minar e Pakistan Lahore which will prove a referendum. Imran Khan urged the masses to fight for real freedom till their last breath and it’s high time to remove fear.

KARACHI: President Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Karachi Division Aftab Siddiqui has said that the people should support the PTI in upcoming elections.

Addressing the protest demonstration organized by PTI Karachi Division, Karachi Division President Aftab Siddiqui said that yesterday the police in Punjab showed shamelessness during the Zaman Park operation.

Aftab Siddiqui said that the Punjab Police violated the sanctity of the veil and four walls. He said the situation of inflation is in front of everyone. He said Maryam Nawaz will contest the provincial elections now who is a prisoner and ineligible.

He also said “I am grateful to the presidents and officials of Karachi, two elections are going to be held in Karachi, people should support PTI in the election.”

The President of PTI Karachi said that the results of 11 Union Councils(UCs) will not be the same as before. He said elections will be held on April 18 in 11 USCs.

He also said that Arsalan Taj was abducted from his house and PTI staged the protest. He said that Shah Nawaz Jadoon was arrested and the case has been lodged against Raja Azhar.

Aftab Siddiqui said that he has met with Arslan Taj twice so far, saying that if the Sindh government does not give permission.

LAHORE: Former prime minister and Chairman PTI Imran Khan has announced to stage a power show at Minar e Pakistan on March 22 (Wednesday).

Former prime minister Imran Khan while addressing the nation said PTI will stage a power show at Minar-e-Pakistan and it will be a referendum on where the nation stands and where the gang of thieves and their handlers stand.

PTI Chairman Imran Khan said the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) government wanted to arrest him and shift him to Balochistan.

He said the coalition government wanted to keep him arrested in dozens of cases already lodged against him. He said Zaman Park was besieged by law enforcers as if it was a castle.

He asked what exactly his crime was, saying that the entire nation knew that he always respected the law. He said that 96 cases had been registered against him.

He said when the PTI had to carry a rally, Section 144 was suddenly imposed. He said how they could impose Section 144 when the election campaign has been announced.

PTI Sindh Spokesperson and Member of Provincial Assembly Shahzad Qureshi said in an important statement that a peaceful protest will be held tomorrow at 4 pm at Millennium Mall against police operation in Chairman Imran Khan’s house and convoy.

He said that the house and convoy of Chairman Imran Khan were targeted by state terrorism. He said for the first time in history, the state is blocking the way to appear in court. He further said the shelling was carried out on the caravan while such incidents were not seen even in the era of dictatorship.

LAHORE: Former chief minister Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi said that the Zaman Park police operation was done on the directives of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Maryam Nawaz and Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah.

Talking to the media person at Zaman Park, Pervaiz Elahi strongly condemned Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) government and alleged that the police on the directives of PML-N leadership conducted the operation in Zaman Park and ransacked everything without a search warrant.

Pervaiz Elahi said that Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf(PTI) will file a contempt of court case against government and will knock on the door of the judiciary.

He said that there was no encroachment here but police raided under IG Punjab’s supervision in Zaman Park residence of Imran Khan. He said Dr. Uzma was present in the house and a search warrant was not shown and her husband was also arrested.

He claimed that this Zaman Park operation is being done at the behest of Maryam Nawaz, what was the encroachment here, someone has set up barriers here. He said this did not even happen in Palestine and Kashmir.

Pervaiz Elahi said the popularity of Imran Khan and PTI is increasing with each passing day.
